Traffic Court vs Driver History

Mason County Traffic Access
Kentucky open-records law supports access to public records, but the access route for court case records is the clerk of the court that heard the case. Commercial driver issues can carry consequences outside the county court file. The research did not locate a Mason-specific CDL diversion or traffic-school packet.
